1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ABA Sprout ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ABA Sprout provides educational tools for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) professionals, including:

RBT exam preparation materials and practice exams
Digital data collection tools
ABA therapy materials and resources available for purchase
Educational games and flashcards

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated.

4. Educational Disclaimer

Important: ABA Sprout is an educational study aid. Our RBT practice exams are designed to help you prepare for the Registered Behavior Technician® examination but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®). Completing our practice exams does not guarantee passing the actual RBT® exam.

5. Purchases & Refunds

Physical products purchased through our store are fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Shipping times and availability may vary.

Physical products: Eligible for refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery if defective or significantly not as described
Digital products (RBT Pro): Due to the immediate nature of digital access, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including exam questions, study materials, graphics, and software — is owned by ABA Sprout and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

Sharing, screenshotting, or distributing exam questions
Creating multiple accounts to access free content repeatedly
Using automated tools to scrape content
Misrepresenting our study tools as official BACB® materials

8. Limitation of Liability

ABA Sprout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
