Refund Policy

1. Overview
At ABA Sprout, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund policy differs slightly depending on whether you purchased a physical product from our materials store or a digital subscription (RBT Pro).
2. Physical Products (Store)
Our physical therapy tools, puzzles, and materials are fulfilled electronically via our trusted third-party suppliers.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost or process a refund.
- Buyer's Remorse: If you simply change your mind about a physical product, we can accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3. Digital Subscriptions (RBT Pro)
Our RBT Pro subscription provides immediate access to proprietary digital materials, mock exams, and software features.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not be charged again.
- Refunds: Because digital access is granted immediately, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription months. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service, or if you forgot to cancel within 7 days of your most recent renewal charge, please contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue with an order, please email us directly with your Order Number and a description of the issue. If your item arrived damaged, please include a photo.
