1. Our Commitment
At ABA Sprout, we are committed to providing high-quality educational tools for ABA professionals. We want every customer to be satisfied with their experience on our platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, returns, and cancellations for both our digital subscriptions and physical products.

2. Digital Subscriptions (RBT Pro & ABA Pro)
Our premium subscriptions — RBT Pro and ABA Pro — provide immediate access to exclusive study materials, additional mock exams, adaptive quizzes, AI tutor features, and other digital content. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
2.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings page. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to all Pro features for the remainder of your current paid billing cycle.
- Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your study progress, exam history, and account data will be preserved even after downgrading to a free account.
2.2 Refund Eligibility for Digital Subscriptions
Because digital access is granted immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. However, we will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Accidental Renewal: If you forgot to cancel and your subscription renewed automatically, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not used Pro features during that period.
- Technical Issues: If a persistent technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing Pro features for an extended period, and we were unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, we will promptly refund the duplicate charge(s).
- Unauthorized Charges: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
2.3 How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Log into your ABA Sprout account at abasprout.com.
- Navigate to Account Settings (accessible from your dashboard or profile menu).
- Under the "Subscription" section, click "Cancel Subscription."
- Confirm the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email.
If you experience difficulty canceling through the website, you may also email us at abasprout@gmail.com with your account email address and a cancellation request. We will process it within 1 business day.
3. Physical Products (ABA Therapy Store)
Physical therapy tools, visual aids, data collection materials, and other tangible products purchased through our ABA Therapy Store are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers. The following policies apply to all physical product orders.
3.1 Return Window
You may return eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
- In the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
3.2 Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will need:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item.
Upon verification, we will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be required to pay return shipping for defective or damaged items.
3.3 Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 30 days. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost or process a full refund, at your preference. Return shipping for incorrect items will be covered by us.
3.4 Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind about a physical product, we can accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility conditions in Section 3.1. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds for change-of-mind returns will be processed minus a 15% restocking fee.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Digital content that has been accessed, downloaded, or used (including Pro subscription features used after purchase).
- Custom or personalized items made to order, including any customized visual aids or data sheets.
- Items damaged by the customer through misuse, neglect, or modification after delivery.
- Gift cards or promotional credits.
- Shipping costs (original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error).
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed through Stripe to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other payment method used at checkout).
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
- If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If the issue persists, contact us.
6. Chargebacks
We kindly ask that you contact us at abasprout@gmail.com before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur additional fees and processing overhead that affect our ability to serve all customers. In most cases, we can resolve issues faster and more favorably through direct communication. Filing a fraudulent chargeback for services or products that were delivered as described may result in account suspension.
7. Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Items purchased at a discounted price (including sale prices, coupon codes, or promotional offers) will be refunded at the actual price paid, not the original retail price. Free items included as part of a promotional bundle are not eligible for separate refund.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to abasprout@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your order number or the email address associated with your account.
- Provide a brief description of the reason for your refund request.
- For physical products, attach photographs of any damage or defects.
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with our decision and next steps.
